This Privacy Policy describes Eliqx’s practices of information collection, use and sharing. Eliqx’s website and mobile application services (“Service”) is subject to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
The Service is for persons 21 years of age or older. By using the Service you consent that you are 21 years or age or older. If you are under 21 years of age do not send us any information.
1) What is done with your information
When you make an offer for something from the Service, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. We use this information to complete your transaction, and for our own research into consumer’s buying habits. This information may be collected with a cookie. We also store your purchase history to allow us to assist you in case you need to access a customer service representative.

We also disclose your personal information to our service providers, as necessary, such as FedEx, UPS or GLS in order to have your item shipped to you. When we provide your personal information to our third party shippers, we disclose your name and address. We do not sell any customer information to any third parties.

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

5) Security

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
If our Service is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
7) California Consumer Privacy Act
